Temperaments for Teams and Leaders
The core assessment and organizational approach we use enables a recognition of each individual’s specific temperament from a consciousness-based perspective. Using Ayurvedic principles, we decode what makes people do what they do, and say what they say, while discovering their key natural rhythms. Through this process, team members discover each others’ temperaments and gain a deep understanding of other members’ perspectives. We can then teach synergistic practices that allow the team members to relate and work together with ease and appreciation. We have found that teams are really entertained by this approach and embrace learning more about each other and how they can work together from this new, bonded place.

The audio tools we provide are specifically designed to be used by teams and individuals prior to important meetings and projects. The audio tools are intentionally designed so that all types of teams arrive at a shared understanding, and thus achieve more powerful and productive meetings. Specifically, the audio tools help to alleviate any frenetic energy that diminishes productivity and attention.
On Purpose Meditation
The power of meditation is one of the most time-tested and effective ways to stay in touch with ourselves and the direction in which we are moving. Meditation has a way of awakening people to a powerful aspect of themselves and keeping them there, and it can also be a road map to success. With our On Purpose meditations, you don’t need to ‘know how to meditate’ or even how to sit without a thought, you can simply be guided directly into an incredible place inside of yourself. The meditations can be created specifically for your goals either as part of your selected package or as an add-on.
A major crisis facing the workforce today is the Millennial Gap, and the issues that arise within organizational teams due to the vast differences in generational perspectives. We see this Millennial Gap as an opportunity for understanding team dynamics and creating synergy. Within the Millennial Gap, there are two major challenges: breakdowns in communication and differences in motivation. Because each generation expresses themselves differently and finds specific generational sources of motivation, it is easy for teams to lose synergy. We offer unique onsite training for your team and employees, currently available in California and Arizona. Our monthly half-day and full day packages are available to provide easy to use tools that will positively impact your business and your employees’ ability to work together cohesively as a team. One of our most popular offerings is meditation. Your employees will learn and experience more than 10 different ways to meditate. They will learn how, when, and why to use each type of meditation. For example, what if you only have 3 minutes to spare before a critical meeting, what mediation is best? Our time on site is dedicated to teaching those in attendance new tools and methods to become more resilient and to support their learning process.
